One of the best breakfast buffet in the Vizianagaram. Food was excellent. Stay was awesome. I stayed with my family for 2 days. This hotel is walkable distance to RTC complex and Rail way station. I strongly suggest.

My stay in the Hotel was very pleasant. The staff were very pleasant and courteous. The Hotel itself is having the facility of cab arrangements. I had availed the cab facility on both the days I stayed there.(09.02.2020 to 11.02.2020) Since I was booked on-line, I was asked to pay for the Morning Break-fast, that was the only dis-appointment, I felt there. Average hotel with very bad room service. They don’t have a housekeeping phone number. After calling three times to room service finally I had to come to restaurant for taking dinner. Rooms are good with average facilities.

A difficult start, but a happy ending

I sensed not too many foreigners arrive at the Hotel Vylt, certainly not ones with a pre-paid voucher from an Indian travel agent. It took 20 minutes of form filling, and uncertainty before a key was produced, and I was allowed to stay here. It was practically all good news from here on, and by the end of my visit I even managed to get a smile from the manager. Through all this, the lady assisting the manager, and who speaks fluent English, was helpful and gracious. So, if you are reading this, and you're an Indian resident, I do t think you will encounter any of the problems I had. The room I occupied was on the second floor, and an ideal size for one or two guests. The bed is very comfortable, and the bed linen is of good quality. The bathroom is fine, though you would be wasting lots of water if you waited for the hot water tap to produce hot water. I had difficulty connecting to WiFi, and a second lady staff member spent about 20 minutes trying to figure out the problem. She didn't succeed, but not for want of trying The restaurant, adjacent to Reception, serves very good food: it was freshly prepared, hot and very tasty. Staff keep an eye on how you are progressing with the meal, and come over the moment they think you might serve yourself. Similarly, breakfast. Is excellent, and the manager showed he could multi-task, as he cooked some of,the breakfast items. This hotel is very conveniently located, being close to both the bus and train station. Recommended, despite the initial problems I encountered.
